InteleXual Software LLC ("InteleXual") grants you a non-exclusive license to test this software in 90-Day Trial Version, and any associated documentation ("The Tryout Version"), as indicated herein.

You MAY: (1) install and use the Tryout Version for evaluation purpose only during 90 days after the installation; (2) Redistribute the Tryout Version by any mean (CD-ROM, Cover Disc, Web site...) as long as you distribute only the original install package.

LICENSE GRANT

InteleXual Software LLC ("InteleXual") grants you a non-exclusive license to test this software in 90-Day Trial Version, and any associated documentation ("The Tryout Version"), as indicated herein.

RESTRICTIONS

You MAY NOT: (1) use the Tryout Version after the evaluation period of 90 days; (2) use the CLIPPINGS created with the Tryout Version (except for test purpose or once a full version has been purchased); (3) sell this Tryout Version package; (4) cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or alteration of this Software; (5) remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from this Software; (6) copy the documentation accompanying the software.

TRIAL VERSION DISTRIBUTION

You are hereby licensed to make unlimited copies of the Tryout Version and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the Tryout Version (you must distribute the INSTALL file, not the files resulting of an installation). You are not allowed to sell the Trial Version. Press is authorized to distribute it on any Cover Disk, CD-ROM without permission from InteleXual. Shareware Web sites are authorized to distribute it as a download file (hosted or linked to InteleXual site) without permission from InteleXual.

TERM

This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Tryout Version, together with all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Tryout Version, together with all copies thereof.

This Tryout Version and its source code are proprietary products of INTELEXUAL and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES

INTELEXUAL assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Tryout Version, even if INTELEXUAL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Tryout Version is supplied "AS IS". INTELEXUAL disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Shareware.
